Carolina Fishing Tackle LLC is now offering more shipping options than ever before. We now offer international shipping and more options within the US. All contiguous U.S. orders over $65 receive FREE ground shipping. 

Note: Customers choosing overnight shipping may be contacted for verification and verbal approval.

Free Ground Shipping Details

Please be advised when choosing UPS Air as a shipping option, depending on your location, UPS may require a signature in order to leave it at a residence. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, UPS will not leave it. We would strongly suggest that if you choose UPS Air as a shipping option, someone be home to sign for the package or have it shipped to a business where someone is available to sign for it. Carolina Fishing tackle LLC will not be held responsible for reimbursing UPS Air shipping charges if there is no one available for a signature release.

Note: All rod orders with additional items being shipped via UPS Air, may incur an increased shipping charge. The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change. If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified via e-mail.

Standard Overnight Information

All orders placed with FedEx Standard Overnight will be delivered the next day (with the exception of Saturday) with no specific arrival time. If a Standard Overnight is submitted on Friday it will be delivered, guaranteed, Monday after the weekend.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not available to be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There will be a 10% restocking fee for returns. If you return items and your remaining items do not meet the free shipping minimum, you will be charged for your original shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
